All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Luxe By Tahti is not responsible for orders shipping to incoreectly entered addresses. 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
